These two emulators are part of a series of japanese *fan98 emulators. They are both for Windows, with SMSFAN98 and GGFan Plus emulating the Sega Master System and GameGear respectively. They are both pretty fast, and should run full speed on a P133. They both have sound support, and I *think* the ability to log MIDIs is included. However, both are shareware, have directional controls disabled, and cost 2000 yen to register.
