in dkc3 it is possible to reach 105%, i did it myself in the real cartridge back in 1997... actually, i did it more than once...

You just have to enter the harder difficulty cheat and then you can get the 105%

Well you'd have to redo the whole game to get 105%; it must be done from file creation to get 105%.
