This is a MAME, Zinc, and Daphne frontend for Windows, specifically XP MCE. It has support for many other command line based programs and games as well. It will also run on older, less cool versions of Windows. One of the better frontends in my opinion, however you will need the .NET Framework v1.1 and DirectX 9.0c. Very worth the download.
