that's technically kinda sorta leaning on the illegal side of things. you have to remove the .NES file and include the patch only.
that said, i actually kinda like the hack. probably my new favorite novelty SMB hack forgetting the glitches<img src=smilies/thumb.gif>

I'd try Lunar IPS...IPS.exe is quite old, and Lunar IPS is easy to use...just double click an IPS then browse to the ROM file and click it.

I used that program. And I got the right rom. Mario 2 for NES. That game that's ripped off that Egyption game.. The beginning starts off from a door in the sky and you start falling down. Everyone uses the princess cause her jumping kicks ass. If you hold on to down, you charge your jump into a super jump.

Yes, it's an SMB1 hack, and SMB2 is not egyptian for crying out loud. It's a Japanese game known as Doki Doki Panic. SMB2 USA is different than SMB2 in Japan...basically SMB2 Japan is based directly off of SMB1, except with some added play mechanics such as poison mushrooms and way harder levels in many cases.

Yes, and the only similarity Super Mario Bros. 2 shares with Doki Doki Panic(Super Mario Bros. 2 USA) is Luigi's goofy high jump. Ofcourse to avoid confusion you could call Super Mario Bros. 2, The Lost Levels as they did in Mario All-stars.
