As you may know, I received an iPod Shuffle for my birthday. Here are some problems that I have with it:
1. It requires iTunes (workaround below)
2. You can't use it on more than one computer without it deleting the songs (workaround project below)
Workaround:
I found a hidden folder in the iPod (thumb drive) called .iPodSettingsFolder, IIRC. I found folders inside it that had mp3 files with gibberish names. So, I just swapped out the file and renamed it to the name of the original file, and it works.
Workaround Project:
To find out the naming convention for the iPod's mp3 storage and to be able to add newq songs instead of just replacing old ones. This will just take a bit of trial and error (just like my old Sharking days.)
If you know any hacks for it or have any suggestions, please let me know.
